Industrial Generator
To enhance operational continuity and safety, Prime installed a high-capacity standby generator system at a chemical processing plant responsible for chlorine line operations. Previously, the facility faced critical interruptions during storm conditions, as any loss of utility power while lightning was present forced an immediate shutdown—leaving the plant unable to flush chlorine lines and reliant on a limited, manual extraction process.
Our solution replaced this vulnerability with a dedicated, automated power backup system. The new generator provides seamless power transfer, supporting all critical chlorine line processes without the need for human intervention. This upgrade ensures uninterrupted operations 24/7, increases system resiliency, and significantly reduces safety risks during weather-related outages.

EV Charging Infrastructure
Prime recently completed a transformative upgrade to the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at the District Cab facility, enhancing both capacity and long-term scalability while supporting the company’s sustainability goals.
What began as a response to a failed dual-handle unit became an opportunity to reimagine the site with future needs in mind. The redesigned infrastructure accommodates modern high-capacity Level 3 chargers and positions the facility to expand alongside evolving EV technology. This included a structural redesign of the site layout, such as relocating perimeter fencing by six feet to make room for larger charging equipment and improved traffic flow.
At the heart of the upgrade is a 1000 kVA transformer (265/460V) and 1000-amp, 480V switchgear system, split into two 500-amp fused disconnects. This configuration enables reliable, high-speed charging while maintaining operational flexibility. The setup supports simultaneous charging for up to four vehicles—primarily serving the District Cab Company fleet, but also accessible to the public.
Despite site constraints and changing utility requirements—including the integration of a new manhole after conduit installation—our team navigated each challenge with agility and precision. The result is a resilient, efficient, and community-focused EV charging hub that reflects Prime’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and future-ready infrastructure.
Multi-Site Grocery Digital Display
Prime partnered with a nationally recognized grocery chain to deliver a customized digital display solution across 96 store locations spanning 21 states. This large-scale deployment highlighted our ability to execute complex, multi-site rollouts while tailoring solutions to each unique environment.
In several smaller-format stores, preserving shelf space was critical. To address this, our team engineered and installed a custom bracket system that securely elevated digital displays above top-shelf inventory—maintaining clear product visibility and maximizing merchandising space.
